Up until now, I've been just slicing it. Good thing I saw this. Hope chef uploads a video on how to boil water. I'm sure I've been doing that wrong as well.

If you cut it across the perpendicular plain it will create fractal patterns which are beautiful. Check it

He is preparing the meal for the public, and for food safety, bare hands should not touch the food as it will be prepared as is, so he is wearing gloves to protect the food

@@youtubeaddict5663 Ready to eat food is what he says. Generally, in a lot of Euro countries ungloved is fine but more frequent washing of hands is used. In USA it's gloved.
