I really want to try the one in wine. I already had a plan to go to Trader Joe's (closest is 45 min away) cuz I am undertaking a grazing table at a party I am throwing. I need to prep as much as possible the night before! That would be an awesome video, if you can do that while you are prepping for an event!

your channel is my new favourite! this is another helpful video. do you think you could possibly cover charcuterie boxes, too? i know with covid some people may feel uncomfortable taking food from the same board and the charcuterie boxes/jars/cones are a nice option. thanks!

Definitely!! I do offer those for my business, so I make one for sure!

Love your channels. Can you freeze cheese? how do you also keep your meats like salami from sweating or browning when left out?
@figbleucharcuterie99162 жыл бұрын
I would not recommend it. It's okay to pop it in the freezer for 15 minutes to get it to firm up to cut, but I only do this to goat cheese. There is nothing special to keep salami from browning or sweating. Just try your best to keep out of sunlight and only consume within 4 hours of it being out!

Great information. BUT, Gouda is pronounced GOWDA. Truly, it's HOWDA. North Americans are forgiven if we say GOWDA.
@figbleucharcuterie99162 ай бұрын
Thanks for the correction! I knew of HOWDA, but not GOWDA. I think I'll stick to how I normally pronounce it.
