Thank you for this preview :) this workflow is amazing. I've been sampling a lot of VST instruments on my PC and then mapping the samples to the pads and keyboard in BM2, but this seems much faster and much more efficient. Really can't wait to get this app.

Great video though I thought you were going to go on to show us how to build a drum kit / bank of drum hits from the dm instrument ? i.e. After the kick you could slice the next snare you recorded but how would that get assigned to the next bank pad? Do you have to go to each pad and record each drum hit separately and then manually slice it since there is no transient detection facility ? Seems loooong winded

Hi Luke. You can record all the sounds and slice them and save them individually to each pad. Save "Slice To Pads" and so you slices will be saved to the pads. If you sample an entire kit in DM2, record it completely and slice them, and save each slice to one pad, so you have quick a drum machine made. Cheers

Bobby Beretta i think its due to my ipad mini 4 being an older device , thats all i can think of. They should at least tell people it only works properly on newer devices if thats the case.Kinda lame paying $28 for an app that doesn't work as it should.

If you make a tiny fade in in each slice/sample you can avoid the clicking sound in the beginning of it :)

Hi Lukas. It's very easy possible. In the sampler, load sampler as plugin in Inter-App-Audio or Audiobus, create in the song mode or scene mode an audio track, audio input to Bank A or where you have loaded Sampler and record it. Don't have the time for a lot of tutorials. Sorry. Hope this help you ;)

Hello. I love your videos... I just have a question. I'm using the Troublemaker au... with beatmaker 3. I am wondering how once I load the plugin... how to setup midi, so that I can record a pattern.. that can then be affected by the macros I assign. I know how to assign the macros.. but I cannot seem to get the midi to record in the pattern.. i know it has something to do with the midi inputs and outputs... cant figure it out. Anh help would be greatly appreciated.

But I am writing on all BeatMaker 3 material as INTUA is playing ghost with no information. So was hoping to get some info and I can't be the only person who expected it to be available after midnight or 3 am but is evening now and it is a no show so far! They should have let us all know that it would be at night of Saturday July 15th and not just July 15th but really there is small print involved that is not disclosed that's wrong...

Hey Supa 5h. Thanks for your input. You can because iMPC Pro includes AudioBus and Inter-App-Audio support but I don't see really the big deal to make it because Beatmaker 3 is far more powerful and easier to handle with samples than iMPC Pro. Hope my answer help you ;)

Hey Supa again. No turntable function but as Beatmaker 2 an advanced Sampler with more feature for slicing, multi-layers and more ;)

Hello Rick, no sorry working on a Syntronik review for PC & Mac. I will maybe add this iPad version to it because it's the same program. Don't have yet time to use in BeatMaker 3

Unfortunately, no new video is planed for BeatMaker3 because there is ton of work to do. I work daily on my website www.synthanatomy.com and than on videos (reviews, sound demos). So I must limited my time to every product :S
