Dr. Fred Thanks for your great videos, I'm suffering of PTSD from the war, deployed like 3 times, I have been taking care myself with allot of exercises, rest and medications. Your videos are really enjoyable, it helps to cope allot no only with PTSD, but Anxiety, and depression. I have been looking the answer but sometimes it is hard for me to understand, I'm 54 years old, I do enjoy more to be along than having relation with peoples around me because the surrounding is little complex for me. I have heard one of your videos that it states about the temple low, about memories when someone was a little kid, that maybe the memories came back and made them feel like having panic attack. I am one of those folks that suffer of panic attack tending to express myself like about to cry and feeling shaky, weak of the panic sensation, it was really embarrassing for me then, suddenly I was really getting really piss-off why it is happening, there were people asking me, "Are you ok", I told them "Yes", I really don't know why this is happening to me. Anyways, I will write something about me next time if you ever get the chance to message me back, I will really appreciated, thanks Respectfully; Andy SFC, USA, RET Texas

Andy O The part of the brain that feeds the negative twist to dreams and thought is the amygdala. It has been studied in soldiers and they take prazocin, a drug, at night, and that drug acts to quiet the nightmares. Talk to your Doctor about prazocin to see if it is right for you.

Dr Von Stieff, I understand the interaction btwn neurotransmitters and addiction - as well as other brain issues - do you do any work with natural supplements as opposed to pharmaceuticals to balance the brain? My younger son worked with Albert Mensah of Mensah Medical who uses the research of William Walsh, he wrote “Nutrient Power” and shows depression falls into 5 different categories each needed its own treatment. Neither is opposed to using meds but often find that the same benefit can be made using natural supplements targeted to each brain chemistry following blood testing /urine which makes treatment more precise. Walsh has largest data base of chemical assays and has worked with criminals; many in mental health field. Methylation problems are usually implicated and many addicts are undermethylated. Do you have any knowledge or insight into this area?
