i just checked out and can buy together from seeking health .... though i am sooo intrigued why Californian resident dose is 1 capsule and rest of the world 3 capsules .... any one know what that's about ?

I can’t fall asleep, stay asleep or wake up. I’m groggy all day, and wake up at night. I know- my circadian rhythm and cortisol levels are off. We only use red light at night, no blue light.... ugh. Been this way my whole life. Instead of cell surfing- I read Dirty Genes at night 😂

I use my blue ray blocker glasses after six, a spray of melatonin and a very dark room. A red light to go to the toilet

isn't tryptophan an amino acid, meaning it would be found in protein?
