I am very curious about her 2 years later. Because picking things up in a training is not necessarily executing them in later trainings. And it does not garantee they are used in a game, and much less in competition under stress.

Another hands/feel exercise I really like is bouncing the ball (not very high off the racquet) with a continental grip and putting backspin on it (as much as I can while keeping the height low). You can really tell whether you're hitting the sweet spot and I think it helps a lot with touch volleys and dropshots.

I use to play table tennis and use to practice fell the same way by tapping the ball 100 times and when I started tennis feel came natural to me. I guess some where racket games compliment each other . Also badminton helped me in a good overhead shot in tennis.

Excellent drills. Cant play a good game if you cant do these as easily as brushing your teeth! But Anna isnt very convinced with picking up the ball using the racket😂🤣

Good video again! Just one remark: You should instruct her to take off her dark sun glasses ;) She cannot see the depth with that when a ball is coming to her. That is why some players use the light sun glasses.

I play with sun glasses almost all the time and don't have issues with depth of field but I know that some people have this problem. I think it depends on the individual.

i started playing matches after 6 months, i did not know the rules:) ...it was terrible for my psyche i was loosing to guys who play 10 20 y tennis, now 4 y later i beat all those people, started winning some after 2 years , and still matches ruin my technique!! its just so...matches are like dirty play, i try not to play more then 1 match per week. she will hv huge problem winning matches against guys i see it now:) you must be much more agressive

In my opinion she has no control of the ball. She is all over the court. She needs to learn how to remain still or stationary while controlling the ball.
