This is a composition in the style of a Bach 2-part invention. Inlcuded are notes on contrapuntal devices as well as interval and harmonic analyses. Written in Staffpad on a Surface Pro 4.

I got about 1/3 of the way through Sanguinetti's book before getting distracted by other things. I have yet to get back and finish it. My current impression is that it feels very... archaic. I may change that when I finish the book. You have thoughts on it?
