Awesome to get to jump in on some of these advanced classes even as a white belt. Prof Tom is an amazing instructor.

I was hit with a glass about 10 years ago, wrong place wrong time. I have a feeling if I was practicing BJJ back then idd more than likely have avoided the entire situation.

I feel a reversed triangle can be hit better with this, as it requires less spin and you go through that position anyway. But a great inversion! 🤙

Spider lasso is strictly a GI guard.

Sometimes your opponent may grab your leg, and just keeping that leg under their arm will be enough to invert

man, i am a huge fan of yours but this move seems extremely impractical. the other guy would need to be frozen to allow for all of that spinning.
@anklelocker4 жыл бұрын
Do you even invert, bro?
@garrybutterfieldfilms45014 жыл бұрын
You'd be surprised man.. The part I didn't record, we did some wall drill type shit, starting in that position with the grips.. One person had to pass to win, the other lock the triangle... If they get those grips..and know how to spin fast... It was hard to stop.

This isn't inverted, it's regular triangle.
