I stopped reading newspapers and watching TV in the morning, rather I do at night. I reach my office as early as possible before I hear any negative news, and do something I wanted. At least before lunch, I try to complete my day's work. After lunch, I spend in reading and few simulations, or meetings. In the evening, I watch youtube/magazine. I break the work in simpler tasks and enjoy doing small tasks. My goal is to contribute to the development of efficient RF/Microwave subsystems. 😊

My point of view, Better dont even see news channel any time. But the question is then how we know the incident. Our necessary local news or family news some how reach U by phone or some one talking.
