Okay here’s the deal. I’ve watched other youtube “real estate guys” and NOBODY gives advice and shows the ins and outs like Ben and his sons do. I mean, others want to charge you for this and charge you for that and Ben will literally sit down for hours and give advice for FREE on podcasts. to be fair that's actually a wise thing to do, it's surprisingly cheaper for him, since time=money and Ben doesn't have much time, so by saving his time with fast planes he actually saves it. And by spreading his money in more ways he secures it. If one thing fails, he has another one just in case. That yacht isn't there for him to live 24/7 as a main home, but it definitely could be if everything goes to shit. And obviously he is able to sell it for more or the same price pretty much whenever he wants to. People are willing to buy these things.

*That boat's gonna make you broke!* A basically new $3M yacht will depreciate so fast that you cannot make money with it unless it's chartered 80%+ of the year. Not even accounting for operation/maintainance costs, it'll lose about $1M in value over the next 3 years, so it needs to earn an average of $1k/day every day just to break even.
