Hi my name is Jimmie Gambino.... just got back from Corleon, Sicily visiting my Grandmother. o my the food she cooked for me. my Grandmother and Mother showed me how to cook since i was 10yrs old... She just love's Gennaro But to me no one cooks Italian food like Mama... I live in Austin, Texas and i cook at home and my Neighbors smell my cooking.. so I cook for them as well. Genaro you are really doing that italian food turns into my favorite choice when thinking what to eat. Good idea on this Food Tube Section as the style used on this is something natural, provocative, and the best for me is to learn what is the traditional way to cook this recipes! Here in spain there are really panic restaurants that menu states a nice dish, then once you taste it probably you´ll be disapointed or even cry !!! Good luck on this proyect!!!!
