We have two 4 year-olds on the autism spectrum. We bought them iPads to help with their speech therapy but they keep breaking them and we couldn't afford to keep replacing screens. That’s awesome and that’s what it’s all about, these tablets are pricey and sometimes even with a case on they are fragile. It’s scary open something up and not sure if you can make It work but definitely worth the try really glad you got It done !!!

I wish you could help me in lifting the darn LCD screen. I cant get mine to budge. I've removed every screw and i think mine is just stuck in place. I bought a repair kit on Amazon trying to save a buck. I now wish i wouldve spent the money and took it to be repaired. I'm so frustrated 😢

Just keep it at a distance mine doesn’t have a gauge I just do it till it warm to the touch

Good job but its always a good practice with any electronic to unhook the power to the battery before messing with any connections.

You are right sometimes the battery is inside and you have to get to it first which makes it a little more difficult but I totally agree

@@elitesportsmedia It was actually right next to the connections you unhooked. So no extra work was needed. You have to wedge something plastic under the tab so it doesn't make a connection. Not trying to say you didn't do a good job or attacking. But it could definitely prevent unnecessary damage for all your viewers.
