Great video, but you forgot to remove the backing for the double sided tape on the side of the screen where the cable attaches to the motherboard.

If you cover the broken screen with strips of sellotape/ scotch tape before you start work, you don’t need to worry about flying glass or bits dropping inside the iPad.

My ipad has a crack on the screen. But the LCD is working good.. can it be possible that the glass will only take it off.. or it will be replace in whole 1set screen including the original LCD... ?...

Best is to get the replacement that comes with LCD + Digitizer Screen.

You could also try to make an external monitor from your old lcd using a converterboard

this is a waste of time because the chinese LCDs quaility is crappy compare to apple OEM LCD. u going to be looking at 20% quality lost including picture and brightness and of course u don't care about that because it's not yours and u want 100$ for labor fee for 30 mins of swapping parts.
