Doc I have many autoimmune conditions such Celiac, hypothyroidism, pernicious anemia, megaloblastic anemia, cerebellar ataxia (gad65 and tgg6),. I have never developed iga but rather Ige and my gamma delta - are still high despite reversing my villi strophy after 6 years of a total elimination diet. I have been tested for Addison s and my Acth and cortisol are high: I am not in a metabolic syndrome state. On mu my last endoscopy cd4+ was not present but rather cd4-, cd8+ and cd56 and cd103. Is this the case of Ipex with Aire gene mutation ?
