Also ByteDance has indicated that if they were to sell the company, they would not be including the algorithm into the deal. The algorithm is what makes TikTok valuable. Anybody that purchases TikTok would be buying a pig in a poke.

personally planning on making the switch from apple to android, have so many issues trying to interface with all sorts of hardware in my iphone, never an easy fix, apple support can't figure it out, waste of money in my opinion. kind of am thinking the iphone will disappear sooner than we think

apple would never make tiktok iPhone exclusive even without the anti trust law. first, Apple Music and TV are available on android devices. seconds, platform like Tik Tok need large audience to allow AD revenue, which is the major income of such platforms. I beklieve this is enough to convince you already. in fact, it's the most non-sensical move apple could have ever made to make Tik Tok iPhone exlucsive.

Apple is primarily a hardware company. They should continue with that, but innovate and create hardware that makes everyday life easier for humanity. They should create something that can impress us, that brings out the enthusiasm. The world doesn't need more entertainment. Apple has already moved into the health market with its watches. Apple has also acquired a lot of AI knowledge in the defunct car project. There are more and more elderly people in the world. What does an aging population need? They already have monitoring of health in the watch. What they then need is a robot that helps them in everyday life; get out of bed, pick up the mail, monitor that they don't fall in the shower, etc., etc. Apple should focus on this. Not because it is easy, but precisely because it is not easy. The market is huge.
