@@mifthasadik8703 Because the purpose is to recover data, not repair the phone. For repair purposes, you can always buy a new phone if repair does not succeed. Expensive fail, but new phone is easily, accessible. "Only" money and pride is lost. If you damage the cpu, nand or eprom during failed repair attempt for data recovery purpose - data is no longer possible to recover. Ever. Customers rarely request data recovery unless the data is much more valuable to them, than the phone.

You have to change all the chips because they are intertwined, the NAND flash (storage) is linked with the CPU and vice versa so if you only change one, it won't work without the other.

Some people I saw them using the pre-heater to avoid the heat accumulation on the cpu. Do u know the heat resistance of cpu and A8 ram? I don't know but I feel like 320c is not enough to get the chip out. Could I increase the heat to 350-360c? Many thanks

Nice observation! Hussain. You are quite right that it is not always 100% success to do that. Just like we explained in the video, you don't know weather these three chips are still functions well or not. Actually, the whole data recovery process usually lasts 2 hours, but the video was cut to 20 minutes.

You only need baseboard if you restoring your phone. Otherwise phone will turn on without baseboard. Great video

This video is just for data recovery. We remove the the A8 CPU, NAND Flash and EPROM from the broken motherboard, and install them to a new motherboard and phone. The original phone is dead and deformed.
