There are some series and anime that pulls it off, but those usually also emphesise the negative sides of that personality trait, such as difficulties making relationships with anyone because they are acting toxic towards people whom are friendly towards them, a good western example of this is disneys frozen. When he used to laugh everyone around him would end up laughing with him because his energy was so contagious.
