Any tip for the qualy? Feel like I yage no grip. My best lap (after 8-9 laps when car has way less fuel is 1.44.500 lows) and in qualy I barely get a 1.45.200 more or less. I know fuel weight makes a difference but I still think I'm doing something wrong...

I am definitely slower in Quali, too. The tires take a few laps to get up to temperature/pressure. I focus on braking a bit earlier and going for good exits, as it's easy to scrub off speed on cold tires. You can also practice quali by just doing 2 push laps in a test session, then resetting back to the pits and doing it again. I find I gain a bit more knowledge of the car's behaviour on cold tires when I do this.

@@KaelanJensen yeah I practise qualy doing that. But still there is ppl doing crazy times even in lap 1 in qualy, and I wondered what was I doing wrong

@@AleCM1998Honestly, it just comes from practice.

What works for me is to weave like crazy without sliding in first gear and break while turning. If you go to slow you need to go back to the pits, but you will find out. You can go slow in some areas and then abit faster in others. Im usually only in 1st and 2 gear. This improved my qualy times with half a second done right. You really want to get heat into the core of the tire, and not to much on the surface.
