My dear friend, thank you for watching the video and for sharing your thoughts. This part of Iran is filled with Afghan refugees, and there are so many refugees from Afghanistan here that when you walk around, you see more Afghans than Iranians. By the way, Iran is located in the southwest of Asia, in a region known as the Middle East.
