The first time I heard PTX's version of this song, I had a thought that I literally thought I would NEVER have: "Somebody just outdid Elton John in an Elton John song!" This is THE perfect version of this beautiful song! This is also right about the time that Kirstie finally started coming out of her shell and putting on THE SHOW that is now (thankfully) so much a part of the Pentatonix Experience!!

I would love for PTX to sing show tunes, one of my favorite musicals is Sweeney Todd, Sondheim is not exactly easy to sing but there are a few songs that are really special to me. You are right, as usual, Disney should sign them right now for their next big blockbuster. For Pentatonix, as you already know, one runs out of adjectives. How many times and different ways can you say they are very special, wonderful, spectacular, etc., etc, etc. For me, watching a reaction video from a professional who then reacts to specific voices and arrangements makes me feel that when I first watched the video alone, and then see a professional spotlight those same areas makes me feel...happy and satisfied!
