Few months ago one patient come in our OPD with fracture on 5th metacarpophalangeal bone. He also broke his interphalangeal bone. By profession he is a boxer but now he unable to fight anymore due to that injury. He punches continuously on wall on daily basis without any gloves. So, use punching bag instead of wall.

Try 10 punch ,,with 85cm (distance of your puch n object),,,,not wall/concreta but punch solid stone ,,of course with maximum power that you have,,,stuck your puch to object every single punch

Punching walls will hurt you, you have to punch things that will absorb force like punching bags. Punching walls may give you callouses, but you can do the same with less risk by doing knuckle push ups. Invest in a punching bag or just take a pile of clothes or something and punch them to perfect your technique. Then by the time you perfect it, you will be all set, go to a gym, or any place that has a punching bag if you cant afford it. You can also MAKE a punching bag. (Copy and paste this so more people know and dont attempt to recreate it.)

Alright, so the technique is good, but look at your hand, I'm pretty sure that an x-ray will reveal details that might even shock your doctor. You need to take sufficient breaks between each set just like you would in a gym, so that your bones and muscles would heal (not like your case where they have straight up swollen out of shape). Hope this helps.

@@AhSiek_1I believe the technique only serves as a means to “condition” his knuckles. The theory behind this works like how shin conditioning works with heavy bag kicks creating micro fractions in the shin bone, letting the bone heal, rinsing and repeating. Except with the hands it’s more complicated then that. The bones in your hand are far more fragile. In Muay Thai we don’t even hit solid objects, it’s just pad work and heavy bag kicking over and over and over. That being said, you can indeed condition your knuckles. It has to be very slow and gradual and it will NEVER include punching solid objects and will ALWAYS include heavy bag work accompanied by proper technique and ALWAYS wrapping your wrists.
