Congratulations on a great time!.....I was some way behind you.....34th in my age group (55-59), I was pleased with both the swim and bike, need more work on my run.....keep up the good work......more details on you bike and run workouts would interesting.

Cheers, you too, was a great event 👍 planning on upping the training over this winter for next year's events so I'll cover how I plan to become a faster swimmer, stronger cyclist and better runner... Well hopefully anyway 😂

Hey Ben!!! This is a fab video. Can I be really cheeky and ask if you have a longer clip from 8:00-8:15? I was the one on the megaphone in the red hoodie with the massive sign and the vid cuts as my best mate is just about to run past me! Please let me know as I would love to show her if possible! :))

😞 unfortunately not, just checked the clips again and that the full length of that one and the next video is further down the run course. Were you the person shouting about all us guys wearing the same tri suit 😂?
