Julius you are an inspiration. Patience is a virtue. Ivan Makarov is strong and I think fully capable of breaking the deadlift WR, but he was too impatient and rushed his buildup process to the record attempt and failed it. You have time now julius. Take a step back, assess what things you really need to improve. 800 is within your reach.

My son is 6 and he says “daddy that’s the Hulk” when we watch your videos and train. He did his first pull-up last month and aced the monkey bars afterwards because of you. Your journey has just begun and you have already inspired thousands at the very least. When it’s all said and done your name there will be a monument built in your honor. It sucks having to wait another 7-8 months but he has to do what makes business sense and doing it at Wrigley Field will get the most publicity. I could be wrong but it actually sounds like he’s on the Vertical Diet by Stan Efferding and his partner. If he keeps this up, in 7-8 months, he will have a lot more lean muscle and possibly be even more strong. Hopefully when the time for the lift comes, he’s got 810-815 in the tank on a good day so that the 800 won’t be too hard at the meet.
