Irresistible Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls

These look sooooo good. I love cinnamon rolls but I've never made them homemade.

Hey, knothead3! The scratch cinnamon rolls are good, but they are also a lot of work. Takes almost all day to make them.

I've gotten to where I weigh my ingredients in grams. So if I have a traditional recipe that gives it in cups and teaspoons, etc....i weigh those ingredients and write the amounts in the recipe. If the recipe turns out great...then I know those weights are good and I can make it exactly the same each time by weighing the ingredients
