Whoa!! All I have to say right now is ...4 THOUSAND DOLLARS for that piece of plexy glass???? That money could have been well spent elsewhere I would think. And that place he's selling is AMAZING!!! Much rather have a private entrance rather than the 4 side by side entrances that his new place has. o_O Can you imagine all coming home at the same time??? lol

This is the nicest revamp they have done so far. The livingspace and the kitchen is stunning. The colours all complement each other. Wonder how upstairs look, especially the bathroom/s.

Broadloom is not advised for any basement - an area carpet is better option. It appears he was overwhelmed with renovations of old house, though he had made good progress, should have asked for help earlier before deciding to buy the new townhouse. Being in a settled in neighbourhood, with trees is so much more an advantage. A team of people did it in weeks - how many in the team? I always wonder where the storage space - for bikes etc. go when everything is so finished.

Oh my stars this was absolutely awesome! What a tip before, not to mention highly dangerous. I really loved the work inside and outside too. Always highly suspicious of the amount spent as in they'll get much better deals buying items than a domestic purchaser but still, this was a phenomenal upgrade 😍😍
