@@ForeverMan We have a MASSIVE waste problem in the world because of that mentality. People buy cheap products, then repeatedly throw them away for more cheap products. Why not spend more money for something that wont break and/or can be repaired? This should not be seen as a downside. Very enjoyable series. Would've liked to see both stacked up against a middle contender (I have a Kitchenaid Pro 600 which is practically famous for being best in bracket) that's somewhere between as a third option. But this was interesting to see how an engineer's thought process worked when approaching evaluating both of these extreme ends of the spectrum.

There's one thing that still bothers me about these stand mixers, and many others just like them. While the meat grinder is running, the spindle underneath is also whirling around, creating a potential hazard. Why haven't the manufacturers either figured out a system to disengage the spindle or some kind of clip on guard to cover the area to minimise the risks. I've seen it happen in a commercial setting, I shudder to think of something like that happening in the home.

For everyone claiming "I never heard of Wolf"; it's a "No name brand." Wolf is the newish line of countertop appliances from Sub-Zero, hardly a "no name" brand. And Consumer Reports rated Wolf their top choice, over top-of-the-line KitchenAid, which came in fourth. Take that for whatever it's worth.

All fine, but knowledge about how good pizza is made seems to be completely missing from this video. When kneading, you don’t have to break up the dough. You need to work tot, all around, inside out, and so on, but keeping it in one piece. The wolf instead kept breaking up the dough in many parts, which destroys the stretchy gluten bonds that make pizza soft but slightly bouncy, chewy (as the host said), as it should be. So, the wolf definitely didn’t do a good job. It’s a definite no from me.
