Just get the cobra finished. The fox’s have been done in every way possible. This build is damn near 1 off and the only one I’ve found on KZbin.

I definitely hear you there. From what I've seen there are only 2 other coyote swapped Mustang II's, a notchback Ghia that was a pretty serious resto-mod and Dave Fortuna's Evolution which is a show car. Mine obviously being the only King Cobra, I've been wrenching on in every day in some capacity so I should have some more content coming on it soon!

not bad at all! I have more then that into my cobra ii and it's just a pushrod 302 t5 swap! I think what made the final cost so high is because I had to do just about everything 2 or 3 times because nothing would fit and parts for these cars are expensive and hard to find!

@@dugganracecraft it's definitely a labor of love! makes me sick now and I have $25,000 invested into a mustang 2 that isn't even finished yet I will never get a fraction of my money back but at least I'll be the only one in town with one!

sweet , I was hoping that you would start pumping out the videos on a regular basis. for what all you have done to that car that isnt to bad expensive I think. Id hate to know what I got tied up into the mustang ll's lil brother I have.......Beans the 79 pinto . I replaced or built everything from the electric fan to the rearend and it took me a couple years to get everything together and built but I dont regrett one bit of it because that amount of horsepower in a pinto is stupid crazy fun even though i built a unreliable sbf 😭😭😭😭 ........😂🤣😂 nah man Im kidding I would drive this thing everywhere , even on a cross county trip 💪😎 if I could afford the fuel prices 🤣😅

I phrased that poorly lol Every small block I've had has been reliable besides one, and that's a story for a different time. I mainly was referring to the drivability compared to the power output. I love a lumpy cam small block, but I wouldn't daily one. I'll be going to the all ford nationals next year in Indy, you should come up!

Indy Nationals 🤔 that sounds interesting and Ive never been or know much about it. what is at the event to do ! Id sure like to come though as Im plannin on going to different events ive never been 2 and it would be cool to meet ya as well

Well I know that it's the annual Mustang II re-union and hopefully my car will make it's debut there as a finished car! It's one of the annual Ford/Mustang events in the country!

Thats one of the main reasons I built my car is to go to stuff like this and if u get any special parking we can tell them that im your crew cheif so that beans and I can get a close spot as well 🤣

I have a boosted 2020 mustang gt but wanna coyote swap my 2011 Vic. Throw in a 5 speed while I'm at it and make a fun road track car out of it. I'll pull it around in my 2011 f150 5.0 haha.

Seriously constructive criticism, you have interesting ford content but slow down!! That said did you swap it to mustang cams or left the F-150 cams in it?

I appreciate it! It's a very fine line to walk, you have to keep the video moving but not forget key points! To answer your question, I ended up using Mustang cams but only because I already had them. You can just as easily use F-150 cams and get a control pack for them from PBH.
