Greetings fellow Albertan. Great video! I have about a half dozen diesel air heaters that I've been testing out on my bus conversion. The Vevor is a pretty good inexpensive, entry level unit, but if you're looking for something better, try the high end 5kw LF Bros units with the integrated thermostat. Much more heat than the (claimed) 8kw generic Chinese heaters put out and way higher build quality. Cheers!

I’m guessing you have a concrete floor that is working as a cold sink in the shop/garage? I have a family room that was originally a garage (previous owner transformed it). The concrete pad makes it really difficult to heat even after adding insulation over the pad and replacing the floor. I can see how an uninsulated garage would be difficult for a heater that size. Perhaps it would work as a greenhouse heater?
