Hmm… thanks for the heads up. I’m a bit confused. I screen shoted the flight info from Flight Radar which showed A220. But I guess maybe a last minute plane change took place and I didn’t recognise. Wouldn’t be the first with AF. Thanks for watching!

Fab review Magnus. Pity European business class is in econmy class seats concidering the amout of money they charge. I've travelled Air France once and can't remember if there was a choice of meal. If not I would begrudge paying for an economy seat for business class as I would not be able to eat the meal you had, violently allergic to seafood. keep the reviews coming🙂🙃

I agree 100. It would be such a sales pitch with good business recliner as Turkish offer. I think you can advice AF up front about allergies, know it was possible before C19. Thanks for watching and watch out for seafood! 🙏🏻

Thanks for the report, Magnus! I have flown AF business class quite a lot and I find their food excellent most of the times. It is, though, slightly more expensive than KLM on the same routes; it used to be the other way around some years ago. I think they take turns on that price matter.

Thanks for watching, and appreciate your info. I often book with short notice, and my experience then is that KLM is often more expensive in that case. But since most people book good in advance, it’s definitely worth comparing! Fly safe!

I have only flowen Air France in coach, a long haul from Ho Chi Minh to Paris, but CDG is one of my least favourite airports in Europe.. For Bussines class travel I prefer Qatar, I still like their Qsuites.

Good to hear regarding Q-suites. I have a Qatar flight soon and will try for the first time. Looking forward to it! In my opinion CDG has becom so much better last year. But still not my favourite either.

Thank you for your flight experience report, Magnus! Were you given the option to chose your meal in business class? And it's a real shame that seats in business class for intra European flights are the usual standard economy seats. This needs to change especially with the price you pay for. My idea is that at least two rows of proper business class seats. If those seats fill up in a fully booked flight then provide "premium economy" (economy seats) with the same service as business class but without the seats, however, at a lower price point. It's a win-win situation for all.

Like every European company it's not business class it's economy with beter food. Only in turkish you can get true business class inside European flights

Agree and disagree. I would say it’s business class without business seat. You get the lounge, priority, food, champagne and miles for biz. But I wish we’d get the seats as well. 😃

@travelexperiencetv9916 yes that true but you can get today for some of the lounges even as economy travel for.some amount or credit card points. Same with the priority.

Also true. I have status and credit cards. But many people do not have these cards or status and can benefit from flying bc instead.
