So, apparently, that sword is one we've never seen before: a kur'leth. My only possible cannon explanations, since we've seen children and humans and other frail bipeds weilding bat'leths, mek'leths, etc, are that this particular type of Klingon sword is heavier than normal Klingon blades, or that Worf specifically had this built to be heavier (either by actual mass or by some device that changes it's perceived mass, like a small-scale inversion of the deflector modifications in DS9), to make him train harder, hit with more force, or be safer in the case of a disarming. Or. It was just hilarious. Which it was. This video made me laugh. Anyway, there's totally the potential for in-universe explanations that DON'T include Alexander having 6x the arm strength of aged-but-still-clearly-able-bodied Riker lol
