No matter how shit of a day I have, I just pop on the Flagrant 2 YT channel of Spotify page, scroll down and tap a random episode, and within seconds my anxieties wash away and I am hugged and warmed by the sincerity and reality of these people. Mortgage Loan Officer here. Akash is 100% right. The way the housing market “fails” is first time homebuyers will never be able to afford a home when prices and interest rates are both high. It will force a correction in the market where values need to drop. I think it will be a small drop, nothing crazy like 2008. Since the issue isn’t bad loans but instead expensive homes the drop will be voluntary by the sellers when they realize the amount of buyers in the market is smaller.

Truly feels like I’m listening to mates rather than a podcast! Over the last couple of years getting to know all the members personality traits, it’s like we all grew together! Can’t wait for the new set-up!

After a few years of being entertained by andrew and friends. Andrew has finally penetrated my subconscious. It's 12:30am and I want a drink of milk before going to bed. I look in the fridge and there's a milk gallon with about 16oz left in it. So I decide instead of getting a glass dirty I'll finish this carton off. I drink about 10oz of it and I'm pretty full already. But I hear Andrew in the back of my mind "you better finish that shit, you pussy!"

Those hammer swings say a lot about how much manual labor the group has done over the course of their lives.
@thefacelessquestion33332 жыл бұрын
Not all "manual labor" involves a sledge hammer...
@nailatiylluf2 жыл бұрын
@@thefacelessquestion3333 ok? If you don’t know how to throw a ball I guess it’s possible you just played sports where that wasn’t required but it’s still a pretty good indicator. Also I never said they didn’t have manual labor jobs I said it looks like they don’t do it period. Don’t get so upset it’s just a joke.

And when is manual labour a criteria for people s importance or worth?! No one wants uneducated people. Because let s face it,90% of manual labours are uneducated who can t be trusted to lead people politically,culturally or economically. They get "education" to be in their field,but that s not an important education like university is. And don t come at me with made up words like "elitism"(we re not in 1850's anymore and you don t really know what that word means) or how they are worthy,important people too. Of course they are. In their field and doing the ground work. But don t come at me with shit that suddenly they are a criteria for social status,succes or worth in politics,media etc. They will not run this country. Never. They are not intelligent,so they can t do that. And smart or clever are not the same as intelligent

Seeing how far Andrew had come is inspiring. If you watched/listened to him on Brilliant Idiots in 2016, you see the come up fr. Hard worker and talented af!
