Azealia is a beautiful and strong black woman. Intelligent and highly opinionated. It's unfortunate that there aren't many black male artists like her who are willing to take a public stand against racism/white supremacy.

Melissa Z there are not as much white women wearing afro puffs than black women wearing blond wigs, beside the brainwashed bitches thinking they got to have black men for being not racist and wearing dreadlocks therefore. It's not only the media and the marketing that set what's beautiful. It' natural to love your own race and thinking my own race is beautiful and attractive.

bob baloni yeah, it's time to learn africa is not about love, brothers and sisters. There were black slavers capture men and women from other tribes. There is a lot of war, hate and abuse between people. Black on black crime is not an American invention. And your way of life is responsible for Africas poverty.

I like Azealia, I think she will grow up soon. She has good points, but she doesn't realize how every place is different. Not many white people have privilege. Unless they were born into rich ass families. More of my black friends got more and bigger scholarships than my white friends. This is honest true fact. There's loads of white people that didn't grow up with shit. I mean really man. This is a crazy stigma. We don't have it that good, I WISH we did. It makes no sense. Why were my influences that I watched on the TV black? See what I'm saying? I mean even some of my teachers were black. I don't get where she's getting this crazy view of white people. She needs to break it down better and say exactly WHICH white people she's talking about. Most are poor or middle class. 50 Cent made a great point about all of this and I think he's one of the smartest guys out there. I wish Azealia could live amongst some poor or middle class white people so she could see our struggle isn't very different. Opportunities? I never got handed anything, I never got no where because of being white. Lol I wish. Imagine? Hey you are WHITE you automatically qualify to get the job, you will go on to have LOTS of money, you will have it all! Imagine if the world was really like the way she's making it out to be. This isn't about "can't we all just get along" This is about straight up humans. There's a set group of people who run the world. Those people don't give a fuck about anyone. If you aren't part of that blood line they don't care. The people who have " white privilege" are the ones who have that blood line in them. Which of course most white people don't. Of course blacks were oppressed and had to fight more than a lot of white people. But MANY white people fought for you too. Just watch KRS1 speak to understand the truth. I mean so many people thought Slavery was hideous and crazy and fought to till their death to rid it. White people. Slavery, oppression, segregation, all southern things. Why do you think the north went to war with the south and destroyed them? When Azealia speaks, she's got to speak in a more specific manner, because that's what ends up offending people who were or are her fans that are white. You all of a sudden go, well wait if she met me would she just instantly hate me cause I'm white? Or would she truly in heart want to like spit at me just cause I'm white? If she doesn't get more specific she's going to loose a lot of people that are riding with her.
@keystheproblemfanpage48759 жыл бұрын
A white persons "struggle" doesnt amount to the struggle a black person goes through. White people in general usually are given better opportunities whether you wanna believe it or not. white privilege does exist whether ur a poor white person or silverspoon the opression of just being a minority puts you into a whole different world, your white so you wouldnt understand ,
@uncletomsrice80569 жыл бұрын
It's simple really. Teach them the default of reason. If it isn't in your favor it's racist. If you say an illiterate black guy making no talent music? I'll just end it there before it gets ugly.
@michaelpatrick47969 жыл бұрын
Keys Daproblem Did you see the grammy awards with common getting a standing ovation? Isn't Jay Z one of the most notable figures in the world along with his wife. Nicki Minaj, Michael Jackson, I mean the list goes on forever when it comes to successful black folks. In other words, there was people with the same visions and dreams, who were white with talent, who never made it anywhere. I don't see how this argument exists today. At least not where I'm from. I've literally seen with my own eyes more than a few of my black friends achieve way more success than the white ones. We all grew up in the same place, we all went to the same school, and we all had the same opportunities. What exactly are the struggles a black person goes through in 2015 vs a white person? I'm literally just curious.

Everything she said fall down when she tells stereotypes like " I don't date black men Because black men take black women for granted and I’m too busy with music to be fighting for my rights at home. I already have to fight for respect with the black men in hip-hop so When I get home I like things to be nice and easy. Make sense?" I am not saying that black women had to date black men to be black, I have always been cool with that but people got to be consistent mostly when you diss about racial issues. The statement she make over black men bring us back to nowhere. She talks as if every black men were like those folks she use to see in the studio. This stereotype is the worst thing in the world because it is a double penalty, you're a pain in da ass guy if you are like she said but if you are not like shae said you are not black even if you were. If you read a book you are not black, you are white, if you listen to people you are not black you are gay, if you don't sell drugs you are not black you are a cop.

Azealia Banks makes me laugh. She says hip hop is a black people thing and she doesn't want white people involved. Well Azealia, music videos and movies are a white person thing, yet you still make them and white people have no problem with that. You bitch about white people on the Internet. The Internet was created by white people, yet you still use it. Plus most of her produces are white. If you watch her behind the scenes music video footage, the crews are entirely white. Plus white people have contributed to hip hop since black people created it. She clearly doesn't know who Rick Reuben is. Hip hop was created using a white peoples language (english). My point is that just because white people invented movies, it doesn't mean black people can't make movies now too. Hip hop exists now for everyone to express themselves through the art form.
