He's the official who would execute a launch of nuclear weapons or respond to a launch of nuclear weapons incoming to the United States. We're involved in two active wars, and he goes completely out of commission, for days, without telling anyone. He's literally in surgery, unconscious and his Deputy has no idea what's going on. She's in Puerto Rico swimming in a hole. Nor does the supposed President know anything. It's not about diagnosis. It's about making sure someone is minding the store.
