I love Tali's excitement about fishing -- after learning to fly I spent half my time in the Beta fishing, and the other half blowing myself up at the Alchemy lab. The cooking event at the Tuskarr place is also a blast. Beating up on fish heads, running errands, and stirring the pot...it's really fun. I can't wait to do it on live.

The fishing works now in SL also. I fished up the mount from ZM, The jelly from Antoran Wastes, the rare fish from Ogrimar and the Rat from Dala sewers.

On all my characters, I have my fishing cast in the same spot on an action bar, and I have that shortcut to my scroll on my mouse. It is nice because I can click that to cast and then go ahead and put my cursor over the bobber to be ready to click it normally. With auto loot, I can catch, look, and cast very quickly.

I spent a few hours yesterday hearing dungeons as an evoker. It's kind of cool, but you really notice the shorter range spells. You can be standing right next to the boss trying to be in the middle of everyone and people still find a way to be too far away to heal

Re: how easy the new dungeon is. Like many people, I quit SL a long time ago, and most of my characters are at like 160 item level. True, just killing some of the world bosses for the anniversary event and doing the Time Walkiing dungeons have gotten me well over 200 with the few characters I plan to play in DF, don't be surprised if half the non-Evokers you see tomorrow are sub 190 iLevel.

In order for that to happen, the bad guy would have to know most of the heroes will be on the boat that day, and in order for them to know that, they'd need to have some ability to see the future or time travel. And as we all know, there isn't a single bad guy in the Lore that has the ability to travel through time. That just doesn't exist. Nope. Not at all.

I have been intentionally ignoring the bobber and just listening for it to fish up fish now :D It can be a pain and if you're not directly facing that bobber it won't pull it so some casts will make you reface to a slightly to the left position but I'm so incredibly happy to never burn my eyes on staring at the bobber ever again. I have several tcg mounts and spent millions on them but I think the give a way is great! I fully encourage more tcg stuff turning up for everyone.

Given that part of the story is rebuilding the Black Dragonflight, and that you can have black dragon customization for your Dracthyr, I feel like they missed an opportunity to give Evoker a tank spec. Utilizing the black dragons earth theme would have been really cool. It would have both checked off the dragon knight vibes for some, as well as given the mail armor type its first tank in one move. As well as allowing us to be properly chromatic and make use of all the magic types... y'know... like being a chromatic dragon should.

When doing the action targeting fishing the bobber doesn't ALWAYS land in front of you which is a little annoying but its never very far off. it was probably done so you cant automate fishing.

I think the main reason the Ulduman rework felt so easy yesterday was because there was a massive influx of Evokers playing (obviously), so the tanks that were playing were all max lvl with really high gear score, so it was very easy to get through.

Hearing Tali raving about the fishing part. I Think Blizz might truly make the Big Fishing Nerd, Crendor Freak out for real xD Also the Interact button, is amazing yea. I found another big use for it, with the new Action Combat Option. As I been trying it, with the new controller support. + ofc the addon: Console Port. I was already excited for DF, but playing with controller is super fun too. WoW is a whole new game for me now :D Ppl might wonder how all wow spells fit tho. Its actually no issue, we have infinity modifiers for many action bars in console port. + even rings, for less used items, like HS, Food etc. I thought maybe healer class would be harder. But u can just bind party members frames into d-pad or something. so it should be possible. I don't really heal anymore tho, as I find it stressful. D:

Legion invasions were used for leveling so thats the difference as there were lots of people leveling there and not just max lvl chars.

Instead of just getting on a boat and zoning into a new expac it would be cool if you got some Breadcrumb quests leading thru a few old zones and into the new expac.
