Full day of eating don’t really matter. His diet won’t suit you. Whatever he eats works for him and might/mostly won’t work for you.

No the SPECIFICS don't work equally well for everyone, but the PRNCIPLES do. So that's what I ask. To observe, learn, experiment, and take what is of value to me personally and discard the rest.

Of course it is.. I'm bulking now, but I also consider doing cardio every4-5 days. it helps me get rid of that fat layer and keep the lean mass

Solid tips Simeon, especially about losing the excess fat to see what you're working with. Much better to actually be able to see the improvements in muscle mass and the shape of your physique as you progress.

Facts or definitely facts?...if you want a healthy heart and reduce the risk of having a heart attack. Then yes cardio is necessary. If you want to lose weight or stay trimmed and tone then yes cardio is necessary

fat loss happesn with an energy deficit. whether the energy deficit is attained from cardio or just eating less calories. cardio can help weight loss but isnt mandatory for it.

Cardio is more than necessary. If you can bench press 200kg but can't jog, bupee or jumpjack for 15 minutes, you should be sorry for yourself. If you want to turn your body to fat burning oven, then cardio and resistance training is a necessity. Much respect mentor @SP
