Everyone knows what you have to do to enter the elite level; it’s not even that taboo anymore. It is more of an issue of morality for the individual than anything else now. I gave up weightlifting at 19 because my parents knew there was only one way to enter the ranks of the “serious.”

I agree w zack here about torokity. He gives out free full excel worksheet form weightlifting programs that work really well. Some are kinda insane like the one im doing right now lmao but they work great and hes an avid youtube teacher personality which i think is huge for the sport teaching progression lift form like snatch balance and stuff which is huge. It helped me get truely in to the sport after football (american). I only knew a power clean and didnt know a clean was different and we learned how to snatch as a power snatch. We would over head squat in clean grip lmao. Then college we switched to hang power cleans only.
