during repaint a sign (the final docks challenge), if you hit the opposite team's penguin while they're preparing to throw a paintball, they'll lose their balance and not throw anything. which makes you win like 10x faster i spent an unbelievable amount of time on this game as a child :| ALSO the ending cutscene is pretty much just jeff handing you a trophy as big as your entire body while everyone cheers you on

I love how this game perfectly translates the flash game's aesthetics into 3D! I can't believe they even used a PC cursor for the wiimote pointer! 10/10 just for being a nostalgic time capsule.

So don't ask me why I remember this, but every penguin has their own personality as well, including the leader penguins (the ones with the most clothes) I distinctly remember the brown cheerleader penguin on the yellow team would talk about how they were actually an EPF Agent, and red team's leader references the event where Herbert stole the clocks gear.

Omg I played this game so much when I was a kid, I'd spend entire afternoons on it, I wouldn't be surprised if I got almost 2000 hours of enjoyment out of that bad boy. My favorite mini game was the snowball fight one. Thanks for making this video! It unearthed some very awesome memories.

this game was my life when i was little since i hyperfixated on simplistic and monotonous games. also i took over the entire leader board of sumo battle, rolling riot, and i always got so angry at goal, but it never made it any less fun

4:00 Bluetooth wiimote works great btw. You need to set up a sensor bar for cursor based games (unless you use motion inferencing with wiimotion plus which is a bit inaccurate but serviceable). You can even use a wiimote as a GBA controller for something like four swords.

I was obsessed with Club Penguin as a kid, so I played this a lot as well. Me and my friend would always play the sled and slide minigame and not much else. I think it’s really funny this game is like Sonic Heroes and expects you to play through four different campaigns that are all mostly the same.

The developer of this game, Artoon, was found by Sonic co-creator Naoto Ohshima. Though Artoon went defunct later in 2010, they were quickly resurrected as Arzest. Arzest recently put out Sonic Superstars.

I had a ton of fun with this game growing up. There wasn't a single mini-game I found hard to enjoy as a kid, and while it probably doesn't hold up quite as well as it did then I'd still gladly find 3 people to stick in front of a Wii and play this with given the opportunity, or even complete story mode again just for the memories. and while the story mode mostly lacks much of a story I will say the mode felt a lot more involved when being a kid with mediocre video game skills meant going to the various mini-game NPCs across the island to practice. Also the enemy team capturing your team's zone was the most heart wrenching plot twist tiny me had seen in a video game at that point. Genuinely devastated.

I bought that game from eBay and the CD doesn't work and now I just have the box and have to buy another one. I can play it on Dolphin but I don't wanna because then my remote won't have battery and my parents lost the battery charger. It would be cool if you could transfer the money to Club Penguin Clones.

Game Day remains a nostalgic game for me- It and the DS duology brought a fun time. It's strange to think some of the games I grew up were Wii versions of edutainment games- Game Day, the JumpStart Wii duo (which I remember testing out a Wii U gimmick with one of them), etc. The charm of the Wii lives on. Rolling Riot and the jackhammer game were my favorite- the latter, I think is somewhat better than the similar Mario Party game. 8's great however. Even if I currently don't have a Wii, I'd like to ask about Dolphin and if it's like Desmume is for DS and similar roms.
