That is a good option. However, not many women are inclined to practise this. There are other simpler ways to get the gut moving.

@ I have loved doing Enemas since 1995 for the health benefits. Enemas are probably one of the fastest and best ways for better fitness, health and wellness. Enemas are not embarrassing or uncomfortable to do.
