the #1 hockey player Connor McDavid was able to rehab his knee without surgery by doing a shit ton of pool work. There's a documentary on it. Though Delpo still suffers from knee pain, maybe it's possible to fully rehab this same way?

I have to disagree when legends compete at less than 100 percent. Even if their game isn’t as good as it used to be. The fact they aren’t giving up and leaving doing what they love the most is the best way to go out. Everyone is different. Some like Sharapova want to just walk away silently (covid had a huge impact in that).
