I may be in a minority, but I completely agree with and appreciate your critical but open-ended analysis here Aaron. I sincerely hope that you, Craig Hope, and other proper journalists don’t give in to those segments of the NUFC support base who seem to want to say “there’s nothing to see here” with regards to the obvious differences and tensions between Eddie Howe and Paul Mitchell. As you say, hopefully the two of them can learn to work successfully together, but in my opinion there’s a way to go before we reach that point, and there’s no guarantee we ever will.

Eddie has my complete support he praised Director of Performance as regarding Mitchell he needs to understand the club we are and Eales needs to sort this mess out. Eddie is loved.

The disaster in the Mitchell interview was him using the legal phrase "not fit for purpose" and those journalists not asking for clarity. Until Mitchell clarifies his meaning then lots of people at the club will be unhappy. Eales needs to start doing his job properly - top priority get Mitchell to explain to Eddie what he meant by using that phrase. For Mitchell not to speak to Howe for 9 days - means Eales / Mitchell not interested in club harmony.

The Mitchell situation didn't dominate the press conference. That is a blatant misrepresentation of the events. It may have dominated your little get-together afterwards, but that is about it. If you think you are representing the fans by dragging this up, you're wrong. While I don't know every supporter, I know a few and no-one I know is bothered by this so-called civil war. Give it a rest. Talk about the football.

If Howe isn’t backed this Jan he will take the England job so that asks the question is that what Mitchell wants , Howe to walk and not be sacked so he don’t get backlash

I thought this club, our club!!! Was, still is family!!! Eddie deserves ALL OUR SUPPORT! Not the other guy who has rubbished the family 7 weeks in! And put project at risk!!!
