We found our new best friend for making pizza in the backyard: the Gozney Dome! We are going to put all its functions and features to the test with an amazing whole-wheat pizza dough.
The recipe in the video allows you to make 1kg of dough.
Ingredients:
- (50%) Flour 00: 260 grs
- (40%) Whole wheat flour: 205 grs
- (10%) Spelt: 51 grs
- (90%) Water: 465 grs
- (0.5%) Dry yeast: 3 grs
- (2%) Salt: 10 grs
- (2%) Olive oil: 10 grs
