Best of all, all doctors nurses and support staff look just like you if you 🖤 and coming from the diaspora. Here, they won't just fob you off cause your you know what. Standard practice is they'll talk and inquire from you for at least 15 to 20 mins to figure out what's really wrong. I should know, am Kenyan. And there's also a myriad of other premier hospitals to choose from. Kenyas health-care system is ranked second to South Africa. The elite from Presidents to well heeled even ordinary folk from within Africa come for treatment here.

Used to be a customer of AAR both in Tanzania and Kenya. Zero complaints. Had my now middle schooler at Princess Zahra Pavilion at the Aga Khan University Hospital. Exceptional care and medical expertise, comparable and in some instances exceeds what is available in the US and I think the entire bill was $ 2500 compared to a $ 50, 000 C section tab in the US.

Be blessed you are talking good things about our country,we are tired of negative stories by foreigners showing us slums and half naked maasai in rural villages, but they can't show about this good things in our country and also across Africa.

Whilst I agree, why would you be tired of ‘half naked Maasai’ as if it’s a bad thing. Would you love them all to the city and do away with their culture if you had the money? Of course not. We can celebrate both with out shaming/degrading or being embarrassed our heritage

The private hospitals in Kenya are top notch 👌 The public hospitals right now unfortunately have some challenges even as the government is trying to create a universal healthcare system that benefits all Kenyans! Even then, Kenya’s healthcare system is the best in Africa, only second to that of SA!

The access to affordable child care and also healthy food seals the deal for me 🙈😁 US without insurance haha you could never have all that for $1,300
