Watching little monkey at 6:30 trying to pick up whatever it was in the road was so satisfying to see lol. My favorite thing to see besides watching them eat .... When motor skills are just starting it's just so stinking cute! Reminds me of my babies trying to learn motor skills 😊 and they are grown men now! 😆 I enjoy your videos!

Floffi finding her courage and getting Bo to back off is amazing to see! Bo certainly senses that her little sisters aren't easy prey for her anymore. I wonder if there is a shift in troop dynamics with Bo possibly going down in rank with Lowina not doing well healthwise and with two sisters holding a big grudge against her?

Welcome Pip and Loylo! It’s probably not a bad idea honoring Layla. I feel like she might have been somewhat useful to Floffi when trying to retrieve Loylo. I imagine Layla‘s pursuit tired Bo out somewhat and he support probably gave Floffi confidence. In any case, it already appeared to me that’s Layla was acting as an example to Loylo and I look forward to seeing them grow together. Anyway, I’m thrilled you gave them names. They’re just precious. ❤

No. It was Fozzi's baby that survived, which is Layla. Fozzi lost her first baby to Bo. Floffi has lost at least 2 babies, maybe 3 (not quite sure) to Bo. This is her first that has survived this long.

She had one infant that she loved who didn't make it, then was caught & sterilized so she can never have another. Every birthing season is torture for her. She spends long hours watching, longing, & pining away over having another infant & she doesn't have the faculties to understand why it never happens. She is very sad & depressed.

Nona got sterilised while expecting Nova. She was about 7 months old when she died. I don't think anyone knows what happened but one the main reason for death among young ones is a fall from a tree. 🤓🇸🇪

@@judyyoung9397 They have a sterilising program for macaques in Hong Kong and one for the wild boars. They think if they keep the numbers down the monkeys won't move to residential areas or wander off into the city but Rhesus macaques stays where the food is. Sometimes a single monkey can find his way to the city but not often. There's one troop of all troops in Hong Kong (there are somewhere between 1800-3000 monkeys and they're distributed in around 25 mixed troops and 29 all male groups) who has moved closer to a residential area and it's Chow's troop (The hybrid troop). They used to hang around Cheung Yuen Road but the Car parking troop expended their territory and pushed away Chow's troop. Now, Chow's troop can be found living across from a school close to a residential area but I haven't heard of them being a nuisance to humans. And Judy just ask of you want to know. If I see the question and know the answer I'll answer them and you can keep the blessings and give them to someone who believes😁. No ill intentions. 🤓🇸🇪

​@judyyoung9397 Hong Kong officials catch monkeys and sterilize them as a way to control the population. Sadly, some females turn to kidnapping babies and some babies don't make it because the kidnapper won't return baby to mom. If you see a monkey with a tattoo on their chest, they've been sterilized.
