I believe the balanced approach is best. Sometimes more intense, other times more frequent, and still other with more volume. In between all that we should eat well, sleep well and perform various types of cardio as well as stretching sessions. And, above all, listen to your body. If you're not well-rested and fully recovered, don't train that bodypart or do something easier.

Great interview, but "Is HIIT Training Not Bad For You..." is a confusing title because of the double negative. Just get rid of the word, "not", and you're asking the same question in a clearer, more impactful way with fewer words. Regardless, thanks for the excellent content.

You guys are getting high and intensity wrong.its slow one set to failure movements.not set after set,5 seconds up 5 seconds down
