I'm Muslim and after my baby turned 18 months I decided to do my obligatory fast of Ramadhan. Where I am in the globe, that means fasting about 13 hours. No food or fluids from before dawn to dusk. I could only manage a few days when I developed a severe headache that lasted for days leading to weeks. I didn't fast again until just recently when my bub is a few months shy of 2 years old. Now I'm doing IF so I allow myself fluids like water, tea and coffee. I feel good alhamdulillah and managed to lose the few stubborn lingering pounds. I'm now 3 kg away from my pre pregnancy weight alhamdulillah. God willing, I'm a few months when I have fully taken my son off breastfeeding, I will try to make up the fasts I left out during previous ramadhans. I have about 85 days to replace.May Allah ease for me ❤

i feel dizzy and weak if i dont eat good enough and sometimes im about to drop my baby, so i decided not to do fasting while Breastfeeding

I am not a quitter but I couldn't go through with the keto diet because it made me feel awful. Then I tried the Agoge diet and I lost so much fat, and most importantly no more cellulite.

I've started IF and 2 days in, my milk supply dropped more than half. 😔😭 I'm devastated. I need to fit back into my work clothes. I just feel so low. I was never skinny, but at least didn't have the lumps & bumps now present. 😥

Keto works but honestly I felt awful from the beginning. I then tried the *Agoge diet* plan and it also worked, but I did not feel bad at all, so I am sticking with the *Agoge diet*.

Doctors will never recommend keto while pregnant/nursing bc of the only study done on mice in which the mice were fed a ketogenic diet which was just synthetic vitamins and a ton of trans fats for the calories.

Yes! I run my groups about every 6 weeks - will be taking a little break in February when my daughter arrives but always have a new group around the corner

Thank you for this video, it's a lot of what I was wondering. When asking providers they seem very hesitant to give any guidance at all and I have been told not to try anything for a full year. I didn't drop an ounce after my son and now after my daughter I am at my highest weight ever and weaker than I have been in years. It sounds as if it should be safe to start around 6 months postpartum? I'm happy to wait for when it's safe to lose weight in a healthy way.

i’m doing 20-4 and not losing any weight. milk supply is the same as before but i’m not losing weight.from december until now i only lost 3kg. do you think it’s because i’m only 5 months postpartum?

Why did you go from omad to tmad? How was breastfeeding with omad? Did you count calories? I feel like if i dont my milk starts dwindling
