I am so excited to share how beneficial Intermittent fasting has been for me. Postpartum weight loss can be challenging but this is how I successfully lost weight without losing my milk supply. Breastfeeding moms know that choosing to diet while nursing can feel selfish, but intermittent fasting has allowed me to lose 37 pounds slowly, gradually and guilt free.
