A video of the U.S. Capitol and other D.C. spots shot by a Saudi man in 1999 has been released by relatives of 9/11 victims. Former FBI agent Rob D’Amico tells “On Balance” it may not be the “smoking gun” that will help the relatives win their lawsuit against Saudi Arabia, but it is common practice for intelligence officers to make their reconnaissance videos appear to be what a tourist would shoot.

Secondly, if you look closely at that video you see that there was a man handing out candies to the kids and enticing them to dance. Thirdly, no Palestinians were arrested for cheering from a New Jersey rooftop that just HAPPENED to have a bird's eye view of the twin towers and holding up lighters has the attacks took place.
