Is it exercise when changing summer to winter tyres? Calories, heart rate and distance

Heart rate, calories burned and distanced travelled when changing summer to winter tyres.
I was changing my summer tyres to winter tyres and wanted to see how much of an exercise is this. How much distance I travelled, how much calories I burnt, what was my heart rate in beats per minute, while I changed all 4 tyres. It turns out, it is quite a good exercise. I travelled not that much distance, ~500m, but burnt 580 kCal with maximum heart rate of 156bpm and average heart rate of ~100bpm. I did the change of the tyres in ~1h 52min.
I was fiddling with pumping the winter tyres, as they have lost a bit of air during the storage in summer. I also fit my external tyre pressure monitoring sensors.
The heart rate graph in the video is my real heart rate during the change of tyres. I tried to sync the heart rate with the video as much as I could, maybe it is off with a sec or so here and there, but pretty much accurate. The car is a Peugeot Partner Escapade 2007, 1.6HDi. The alloy wheels with the winter tyres are these: ebay.us/cTVfbW (MSW 19 Silver Alloy Wheels, 15X6.5 ET43 4X100, no spacers needed for my car, same as a Citroen Berlingo).

Hi this comment is unrealated to this video but i see from your previous videos it seem like you know alot about the 1.6 hdi engine i was wondering if you know anything about the remaping capabilities what hp can they go up to safley thanks

Haha, I only seem knowledgeable 🙂 It is a difficult question to answer, depends on how much you want to spend. It can easily be remapped to 120bhp without the need for hardware changes, i.e. stage 1. This is for the 90bhp and 75bhp 1.6HDi, they are the same apart from the ECU mapping. The 110bhp has a few upgrades, different turbo, etc. So, you could upgrade the turbo, intercooler, etc., and that would get you to higher bhp. Then clutch, gearbox, etc. It all depends on how much are you willing to spend, but safely 110-120 bhp mark for the 92bhp and the 75bhp 1.6HDi. It also depends on the map, you could go for pure bhp, but that would really hurt economy and you could be a bit more conservative in the mapping and do soemthing in between, more bhp, but not too bad on the economy side of things.

@@Геннадий-д7х A lot of questions 🙂 I will try to answer them one by one: The alloy wheels are MSW 19 silver alloy wheels (15”). I think these are the same: ebay.us/cTVfbW It is shown 5 holes, but they are 4 holes. They are not plastic, but actual alloy wheels. The grilles on the car are designed to be like that. The car is a Peugeot Partner Escapade. You could buy the grilles and put them on a normal Peugeot Partner or Citroen Berlingo. Ahh, the video was filmed way before, I just did not have time to edit and post it 🙂
