The part appears to be powder coated, not painted. That makes it very hard to get the powder off. I found you can use the strong gel stripper on a part and seal it in a plastic bag (food storage type) and leave it in the sun. The bag keeps the gel from drying. It works on cars too, using a plastic sheet which is taped on. The stripper won't attack the plastic!

Still waiting for the Liqui Moly injector cleaner test :) My injectors knock a bit but only on idle and I'm thinking of using it (Volvo C30 1.6d)

The Negative is the Cathode. The Positive one is the Anode. Current flows from Negative to positive. ie Cathode to Anode.

Hi good evening, I saw your one of the program which is turbo charger fixing. But I got a question,? Is that turbocharger passing any engine oil. I want to just know I go engine oil quite losing so much. Which is in a 10000 miles, I already pouring 15L engine oil. Do you know anything related about the turbo charger. This is way too much oil that is lost. You have to see if it is not leaking somewhere. If the turbo is passing that much oil, there is will be constant plumes of blue smoke behind you. Do you see clouds of blue smoke when you accelerate? Otherwise with that much oil, ~1.5L per 1,000 miles, it must be leaking from somewhere, probably sump.

This is most likely coming from the injectors spewing a bit of oil/exhaust gasses into the cabin. Check if you injectors are not covered with a bit of carbon or bakes oil, like here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oaWZq313g7GUj7M
