I think there's a split path between Flower-2 and Flower-3. You can ignore Flower-2 and go to Flower-3 instead. So the actual minimum amount of coins are 5

EDIT 2: welp, never thought I'd see the day but I got 100 limes in a comment in 1 month, that's crazy. Thanks for the likes evreyone Hello Nicobbq. i made this comment that in this coinless video you kinda missed one more option to kill those peepas in that level, dash 8 and mushroom dash 6. And that special option is using the invincibility leaf. As you may know, the invincibility leaf can be accessed by letting the character your playing as die 5 times in a level, then you'll see al block with the leaf inside it, and the invincibility leaf can kill the enimies like it was a god. But here's the thing, when you kill enimies with that invincibility leaf, you don't automatically collect the the coins from those enimies you kill. So you can kill those annoying peepas, let the coins they drop de- spawn, and hit the flagpole. Also I think you can use co-op to get rid of that stupid annoyingly placed coin in flower dash 2, and I think you can also use peach since she has the float ability to avoid coins in most of the levels. I'm not 100% sure on this but you can try those 2 options to do flower dash 2 coinless. I hope this helps on your coinless runs. From: marshall

BEFORE everyone writes that it's impossible, there are many captures etc. There are ways how you can throw cappy WITHOUT increasing the counter. It's a fun challenge to find this technique and it's very hard to use these techniques in a playthrough. Sadly it isn't possible to complete the game with no cappy throws but it's just BARELY not possible, The only 3 required cappy throws are in the church in moon kingdom

About World Flower-2, I believe using 2 characters might avoid the coins. In multi-player mode the characters change the position they fall when the get teleported in the exclamation boxes, and luckily in some combination they don't fall in the pesky coin at the end. When you beat Flower-1, you can go to either Flower-2 or Flower-3. In that fact, you forgot to mention to remove Flower-2 from the Minimum Required list because when Flower-1 is finished, the next is on a branchpath, so let’s try Flower-3 instead so we need a minimum of 5 coins to beat all the secret levels (except World Crown because you need everything to go there) with no coins.
